Car sales are alive and well in Duncan and, as a result, this business owner needed more room. The plan involved keeping the overall existing structure intact and renovate the interior/exterior to compliment the neighbouring Bow Mel building. In addition, I was required to adapt it to the requirements of the new FIAT and Hertz franchises while navigating through the bylaws of commercial development for the permits required.
